Crispy Gochujang Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Tofu:
- 1 480g block firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sea salt, to taste
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
For the Tofu:
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu with cornflour, oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of sea salt until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the tofu in a single layer and air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
For the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, toasted sesame oil, maple syrup, tamari, and sesame seeds.
- Once the tofu is crispy, toss it in the Gochujang sauce until well coated.
