  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 Turkish tea glass sunflower oil
  • 1/2 Turkish tea glass soy sauce
  • 1/4 Turkish tea glass rice vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Begin by placing cold water at the bottom of your Vestel Built-in Oven and preheating it to 200 degrees Celsius with the fan function.
  2. Julienne the carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, fresh ginger, spring onions, and garlic.
  3. In a medium-sized baking dish, combine the julienned vegetables, cubed salmon, and salt.
  4. Place the dish in the preheated oven and steam for approximately 15 minutes.
