Indulge in a Heavenly Semolina Pudding

Pudding Ingredients:
- 1 liter (5 cups) milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons blue poppy seeds
- 50 g (2 tablespoons) butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Topping Ingredients:
- ½ packet chocolate sauce mix (64 g)
- 250 ml milk
Preparation:
Combine milk, sugar, semolina, and cornstarch in a pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until it begins to thicken. Stir in the blue poppy seeds and continue cooking until it reaches a pudding-like consistency. Remove from heat, then add butter and vanilla, whisking for approximately 5 minutes. Pour the pudding into a wet tart pan, smooth the surface, and chill for several hours. For the topping, heat the chocolate sauce mix with milk, stirring constantly until it boils, then set aside to cool slightly. Once the pudding is chilled, carefully loosen the edges from the pan, invert it onto a serving plate, and pour the cooled chocolate sauce evenly over the top. Decorate as desired and serve.
