  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 red onion

  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 60 ml pomegranate molasses
  • 60 ml olive oil

Instructions:

Begin by thoroughly washing all the vegetables. Finely chop the tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, and red onion, then transfer them to a mixing bowl. Next, finely chop the parsley and walnuts, adding them to the bowl with the vegetables.

To prepare the dressing, combine salt, olive oil, sumac, and pomegranate molasses in a small jar. Mix these ingredients well. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad in the mixing bowl and toss gently to combine.
