  • 3 cups hot meat broth (600 ml)

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter with olive oil in a pilav pot.
  2. Add the pressure-cooked lamb cubes and sauté briefly.
  3. Stir in the cooked chickpeas and Filiz Pilavlık Mardin Bulguru, continuing to sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add black pepper and salt, then pour in the meat broth.
