Ingredients:
- 2 cups Filiz Pilavlık Mardin Bulguru
- 500 g cubed lamb
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 g butter
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half a teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups hot meat broth (600 ml)
Preparation:
- Melt the butter with olive oil in a pilav pot.
- Add the pressure-cooked lamb cubes and sauté briefly.
- Stir in the cooked chickpeas and Filiz Pilavlık Mardin Bulguru, continuing to sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add black pepper and salt, then pour in the meat broth.
- Cover the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes until the meat has absorbed the water.
- After turning off the heat, place a paper towel under the lid and let the pilav rest for 15 minutes.
- Gently stir the rested pilav and serve on a plate.
- Garnish with finely chopped parsley before serving.
