4.5 cups flour

Preparation:
The dough is prepared by combining flour, salt, lukewarm milk, instant yeast, sugar, vegetable oil, and butter. After mixing, the dough is kneaded until smooth, then covered and left to rise for 1 hour. Once risen, the dough is divided into equal portions, rolled into balls, and then flattened. A mixture of tahini and sugar is spread onto the flattened dough, which is then carefully rolled into a spiral. The rolled dough is then gently twisted and coiled to form the buns. After shaping, the buns are placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allowed to rest for 15 minutes for a second rise. They are then brushed with egg yolk, sprinkled with walnuts or hazelnuts, and baked at 180°C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
