Recipe for Delicious Egg Toast

Ingredients:
- 6 slices of toast bread
- 6 slices of cheese
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 60 ml milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Spread butter on one side of each toast bread slice.
- Place cheese on top of the buttered side of three slices.
- Cover the cheese with the remaining three bread slices.
- Cut the assembled sandwiches in half.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt.
- Dip each sandwich half into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s coated on both sides.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg-coated sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
