  • ¾ cup Tomato Sauce (equivalent to 1 tea glass)
  • ¾ cup Shredded Kaşar Cheese (or Mozzarella)
  • 50 g Sucuk (Turkish sausage)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Oregano

Preparation Steps

The preparation begins by heating the olive oil in a pan. Add the diced red and green peppers and sauté them for 5 minutes. Next, add the chopped sucuk and continue cooking for an additional 1–2 minutes. Pour in the tomato sauce, then sprinkle with salt and oregano, mixing everything together.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour them over the ingredients in the pan. Cover the mixture with the lavash flatbread. Cook for 5 minutes, then use a flat lid to carefully flip the omelet over.

Finally, sprinkle the cheese evenly over the surface. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts. Your Lavash Omelet is ready to serve. Enjoy!
