Crispy Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together egg whites, powdered sugar, and salt until foamy.
- Sift in the flour, cornstarch, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Add the vegetable oil and whisk again until combined.
- Heat a crepe pan. Pour half a ladle of the batter and spread it thinly into a round shape using the back of the ladle.
